Biography
I believe I became a photographer in the year 2006, when I started to understand the power of choice that photography could provide, using it as a way to escape initially, or as a way to get involved, as discovered later.
Moving to Iran in 2008, provided an opportunity to develop my skills in a complete new environment taking advantage of the country's beautiful scenery and warm people. Specially inspiring were the sights of Mount Damavand and Gilan in the north of the country.
In 2010 moved to Spain, and a more structured approach started, when signed up in EFTI Photography School's Professional Course for eight months. This training covered assignments that provided a stronger conceptual framework for to develop my projects.
Building one to one relations has always being my strenght - I have taken advantage of it also working as Executive Coach in multinational organizations - so portraits became the natural environment to develop my own style, finding harmony with the subject and the environment.
Still living in Madrid with painter wife Atash. I am an active collaborator of DeArtibus Project in Barcelona and Decinti Villalón Academy in Madrid.
